- 2 cups Whipping Cream (1/2 L)
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- small instant pudding mix (flavour of choice - we had vanilla, Lynda prefers pistachio)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. extract (flavour of choice - we used coconut)
Directions
1. Whip first two ingredients until stiff peaks form.
2. In separate bowl, mix small instant pudding mix and 1 cup of milk. Whisk until thick (approx. 2 minutes).
3. Combine mixes and 1 tsp. extract. Whip together, being careful not to over-whip.
